Refund policy

14-Day Free Returns (U.S. Only)

 

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for all U.S. orders.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

This policy applies to U.S. customers only

 

How to Start a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. We’ll send you a free return shipping label and instructions

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items that show signs of use or damage

Items returned without original packaging

Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.


International Orders

Currently, free returns apply to U.S. orders only. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
